Tomáš Fiala, Facility Manager
Within the Odien Group, Tomáš holds the position of Facility Manager. He is responsible for the management and maintenance of the Blue Orange Resort building and grounds, as well as the entire area of the future Avia City district.
Tomáš has been active in the Avia complex for many years. In the past, he worked for companies such as Avia, Daewoo, and Ashok Leyland Motors, where he participated in the construction and modernization of technological facilities. He remembers the times when parts for the legendary Avia 21 were stamped here, and over the years he has held a variety of positions—from press shop supervisor and safety officer to technical representative.
Tomáš graduated from the Secondary Industrial School of Transport, specializing in Construction and Reconstruction.
