About Us
Established in 2004 by Michael Saran, Odien has become a leading regional real estate and asset management firm in Central and Eastern Europe. We invest in high-quality real estate properties and developments, private equity and special situations. We are also active in the transmission, distribution and retail of energy to households as well as corporates. We employ over 700 employees in the Czech Republic, Croatia and Turkey.
We invest our own capital in all transactions and selectively with private investors whom we have developed long term relationships with on a project basis. We are value investors with a long-term investment horizon.
A core value of Odien is social responsibility and we actively support and are engaged in our communities. Through the Sport2Life foundation we encourage our youth to do sports and outdoor activities from a young age through various programs and events.
