Lenka Štěpánová, Human Resources Manager
Mrs. Štěpánová has been serving as a Human Resources Manager for Odien since 2022. Prior to joining Odien Group, she acted as a People Director in Marionnaud Parfumeries for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. She started her professional career in banking as a training and development expert. She held various positions in UniCredit Bank and Česká spořitelna. Lenka Štěpánová graduated with a Master‘s degree in Sociology from Masaryk University in Brno, part of her studies she spent at Friedrich-Schiller University Jena in Germany. She is a native Czech speaker, fluent in English and German and also speaks Russian at a communicative level.
