Nová Rýmařovská is a mixed-use project in Prague’s Letňany district that builds on the original urban structure of the neighbourhood and completes the previously unfinished corner of Rýmařovská and Tupolevova streets. The project includes a 16‑storey residential tower offering wide views across northern Prague, along with shops and services in an active ground floor featuring a pedestrian arcade that enhances the street experience and supports everyday life in this part of the city.Completion is scheduled by 2029.
The building will be developed on the site of a former technical structure and represents another step in the gradual revitalisation of the area where Odien has been active for many years. Nová Rýmařovská complements the broader development of the locality, including the transformation of the extensive Avia brownfield into the new AVIA City district with housing, civic amenities and public spaces.
The project emphasises high-quality architecture, a functional public realm and benefits for the local community. Planned transport improvements — including the proposed high-speed rail (VRT) station “Praha sever” and a future tram extension — will further enhance connectivity in the wider area.
