Martin Zítek, Head Architect
Martin Zítek has been the chief architect of the Odien Group since 2021 and is co-responsible for the planning and implementation of real estate projects and related investments. Prior to joining Odien, he worked at Mar.s architects, where he was involved in the design and implementation of projects ranging from single-family homes and interiors to residential complexes. He started his professional career in the architectural studio Petr Stolín Architekt. Martin Zítek completed part of his master’s studies at Kansas State University in the USA and subsequently obtained a diploma as an architect engineer at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, focusing on the revitalization of industrial brownfields. His native language is Czech, he is fluent in English and speaks German at a communicative level.
