Odien Group is developing a landmark hospitality project in Kaštela, Croatia, representing the group’s next major investment in the Adriatic region. Located in Kaštel Stari, the project will transform a former Zeničko seaside resort site into Kaštela’s first large-scale luxury hotel.
Scheduled for completion by the end of 2028, the hotel will feature approximately 150 rooms, multiple pools, wellness facilities, conference spaces, and year-round operations. The project combines contemporary hospitality standards with the authentic Mediterranean character of the location, offering unique sea views and modern technological solutions.
The Kaštela development is designed to support long-term tourism growth, enhance the local economy, and integrate naturally with the surrounding community.
