Avia Village is a pilot project for the overall development of a brownfield site of the Avia Letňany production area and the gateway to the planned AVIA City project, one of the largest development projects in Prague. The site is located on Veselská Street in Letňany on the northeastern outskirts of Prague and is currently used as a car park and bus terminal.
The proportions, concept, overall design and appearance will promote the project to the role of a gateway landmark to a redeveloped area serving the growing local community with an attractively designed area consisting of restaurants, cafes, supermarket, retail, service, clinic and accommodation facilities for employees.
The buildings will be designed to achieve relevant environmental and green standards.
