We are searching for a result-oriented team player with 5+ years’ experience in similar or relevant roles. This position will appeal to an energetic, self-driven and flexible individual with superior organizational skills and attention to details who enjoys occasional travel and making a difference.
We expect:
- minimum 5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: real estate brokerage, sales & leasing
- proven track record of property rental/leasing and contracting for commercial/office and industrial real estate, preferably in greater Prague area
- familiarity with the decision factors, search criteria & business plans of corporate tenants looking for retail, office, logistics & warehouse space.
- strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- fluency in Czech language at native speaker level as well as fluent business English
- university degree in engineering, architecture, interior design or finance/business management will be considered an advantage
- experience in a reputable brokerage & real estate advisory firm will be considered an advantage

Key tasks & responsibilities:
- undertaking commercial responsibility for managing accounts/contracts with Odien’s existing tenant portfolio. Building relationships with tenant representatives, responding to inquiries, resolving challenges and requests.
- marketing and leasing projects under development, finding tenants, negotiating terms and contracts.
- coordinate between tenant and project/construction team to monitor delivery of property within agreed specs.
- follow market and price trends and support development strategies for Odien’s pipeline projects. Contribute to development projects at early stages of concept development and feasibility analysis.
- creating marketing documents & presentations for the tasks above.
